  • Handling customers inquires through Hotline channels in Arabic and English, these inquiries are mainly technical and service inquires also contact the customers to survey their satisfaction

  • Males & Females
  • Preferred to have two years’ experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of internet usage (browsing), good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
  • Ability to troubleshoot key issues
  • Familiar with how to use popular search engines and navigate different social media platforms
  • Android devices awareness
  • Smart phones overall feedback
