  • Help setting up correct ad tech, ad tracking and reporting. Work with other teams and 3rd parties for proper implementation
  • Drive analyses, data mining and insight generation to feed proper decision making
  • Develop performance marketing campaigns across a range of channels such as paid search, Amazon ads, Facebook / social media ads, re targeting, display, and affiliate programs
  • Work with Google, Facebook and agencies to determine areas of opportunity and drive customer acquisition improvements through constant optimizations
  • Grow sales and measure performance against ROI and KPI targets Develop A/B testing ideas and test targeting and creative variations for performance improvements
  • Work closely with the rest of the internal team as well as external partners to optimize online content and improve conversion rates
  • Identify new channels and opportunities for growth and test their effectiveness

Job Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience driving performance marketing campaigns through at least one of the following channels: SEM, programmatic display, paid social, re-marketing, affiliates
  • Experience in multinational business, driving marketing across key EU countries
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and performance marketing tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.), SQL is a plus
  • The ideal candidate knows how to build and scale complex online campaigns across different channels, uses their insights to think up creative solutions, and brings the analytical expertise necessary to optimize performance and drive ROI.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, high pressured environment, bias for action
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves, you are ready to execute with limited resources

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • E-commerce background
  • Exposure to 360 Marketing plans
