Job Description
- Responsible of mapping the process architecture and design into system component and development to provide required functionality and SLA
- Perform (or assist external outsourced entities) in activities pertaining to development requests
- Provide the requirements analysis to the integrator and work closely with the supplier in all Service development requests
- Perform & participate in the technical Acceptance process of delivered solutions or developments performed by technology vendors or outsourced development houses.
- Act as 2nd level support for the operations support team regarding service fulfillment problems
- Technical Lead small/medium development projects end-2-end
- Assist Project teams in other areas coordinating development and making design, feature and requirements trade-offs for solutions requires integration
- Participate in business integration meetings to understand and document current state operations, external relationships and overall process requirements
- Link the defined products to the corresponding fulfillment for simple offers &Modelling Products and Offers in Product Catalog and
- Interact with the business community to capture the business process requirements
- Interact with supplier technical team to hand over the developed parts
- Automate business processes mainly (Activation, SIM SWAP, Dunning,…etc)
- Lead small and medium sized projects
- Functional Testing to deliver fully tested shipments
- Act as 2nd level support for locally developed projects and 3rd level support for supplier delivered projects
Job Requirements
- University degree (computer or information science preferable) with a solid IT and business background
- Enough Knowledge about SDLC and project life cycle and development
- 1-2 Years experience in development field, preferred to be in integrations and middleware (Webmethods/Tibco)
- Understanding of XML and other open data formats
- Familiar with SQL and database technologies
- Familiar with business process engineering, middleware technologies and/or data integration
- Familiar with APIs development using Java,C++,Flow Language and Other tools
- Familiar with webservice (WSDL) development is a must
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Professional Writing, Communication and Presentation Skills
- Ability to work under pressure, managing and resolving priorities
- Ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Prepared to maintain and enhance own personal and professional development
