Job Description

Implement human capital recruitment plans for relevant jobs, processes, and procedures. Coordinate with Senior Recruitment Specialist in order to fulfill the human capital needs with eligible candidates.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Compile based on search criteria qualified candidates from the HR system databank and other recruitment sources in order to provide to the Senior Recruitment Specialist / Recruitment Manager.
  • Screen candidate profiles and interns in line with pre-set requirements and interview eligible candidates for certain grades received through various recruitment channels to ensure adequate filtering process.
  • Conduct preliminary and/or behavioral interviews for frontline and middle-level jobs to ensure their eligibility.
  • Submit a recruitment test to candidates and follow up on correction in order to provide proper candidates standing versus position skills requirements.
  • Prepare the “Summer Trainees Allocation List” for INDEVCO BUs and gather the necessary feedback regarding interns in order to constantly nurture the recruitment database of potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with different Universities, Institutes and Technical Schools to ensure proper participation of INDEVCO in the Job Fairs, Forums & recruitment activities.
  • Participate in various recruitment job fairs, forums, and different recruitment activities in order to promote the Group’s divisions and business units to job seekers and receive CVs to support the current INDEVCO pool of candidates.
  • Compile received applications from job fairs and segregate in order to communicate with the applicants and enlarge our database.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should be based in 6th of October City.
  • Ability to relocate between 6th of October City and Sadat City.
  • Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Candidate should hold a Business Administration Degree.
  • Candidate should have a car.
  • Candidate should be fluent in English.
  • Age: 27 to 32
