Job Description
- Execute purchase requests within agreed time frame.
- Setting the daily purchasing priorities as per the budget.
- Select best suppliers and study the best offers, send all purchase orders for the suppliers and follow up the purchase till it is delivered to the warehouse.
- Creates and modifies procurement process documents, requiring some interpretation, for work steps within the scope of the team’s responsibility.
- Work through the location technical team to gather more information to provide general forecasting of longer-term supply needs and ensure purchasing plan is aligned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum from 3 to 5 years of purchasing experience in the industrial field.
- Knowledge of Supply chain and logistics, international shipping and customs regulations.
- Communication and negotiation skills.Comp
- Excellent in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Computer skills.
