Job Description
- Configure and support HR & Payroll solution for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365.
- Write business requirement documents
- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them
- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing
- Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts
- Develop end-user documentation and training materials
- Deliver end-user training
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the same filed
- Business Practice using one of HRMS Systems.
- A clear understanding of HR and Payroll concepts and processes
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities
- Keen attention to detail
