Job Description
- Administers program for recording and reporting driver performance
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting in association with compliance to applicable company policies (i.e. over speed, hours of service)
- Prepares transportation reports
- Assists in auditing and processing service provider invoices as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Ensures that all fleet vehicles maintain compliance with all policies and safety standards
- Performs monthly audits and monitors Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
- Provides timely and effective communication to drivers and support vendors to ensure efficient service
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Job Requirements
- Must have relevant Microsoft Office/Computer knowledge, primarily Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with and secure confidential information
- Detail- and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Flexible, organized and responsive to changing business needs
- Efficiencies in routing, dispatching, and driver communications
