About the Job
  • Administers program for recording and reporting driver performance
  • Ensures timely and accurate reporting in association with compliance to applicable company policies (i.e. over speed, hours of service)
  • Prepares transportation reports
  • Assists in auditing and processing service provider invoices as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Ensures that all fleet vehicles maintain compliance with all policies and safety standards
  • Performs monthly audits and monitors Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
  • Provides timely and effective communication to drivers and support vendors to ensure efficient service
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Job Requirements
  • Must have relevant Microsoft Office/Computer knowledge, primarily Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with and secure confidential information
  • Detail- and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Flexible, organized and responsive to changing business needs
  • Efficiencies in routing, dispatching, and driver communications
