Job Description
- Serve as L2 Support for computer hardware, Software and IT Infrastructure.
- Help to maintain, monitor and control IT assets.
- Help in implementing and monitoring needed security standards.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications & systems.
- Help in implementing and monitoring backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Review applications or systems logs and take necessary actions
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Support or System Admin role
- Working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
