Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all of financial and cost accounting role .
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ in France.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
- Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
- Support management in ensuring that inter-company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
- Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
- Work consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
- Preparing reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements
- Undertaking financial administration and internal audits
- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
- Supervising a team of accounting technicians
- Developing and managing financial systems/policies
- Negotiating and obtaining finance for major projects
- Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure
- Creating business strategies to generate shareholder value

Job Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable University.
- Min 10-15 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting.
- Proven working experience in Auditing & Accounting at reputable auditing and accounting firm (Preferable).
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office and ERP systems.
- Certification CPA or CMA or ESSA.
- Updated with Egyptian accounting standards background.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
