Job Description
Works autonomously and acts as a senior providing professional advice, managing and/or co-ordinating an area of work and/or the work of others. Maintains the status of areas of work and monitors the activities of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on available standards, methods, tools and applications in own area of specialism making decisions on which is the most appropriate to choose.
- Understand business requirements and presenting clear, comprehensive and professional solutions.
- Allocate work stream managing own and team members' work schedules to meet deadlines.
- Identify and implement resource requirements for business solutions.
- Lead in problem resolution discussions.
- Escalate risks and issues to the appropriate level to ensure resolution.
- Involved with system maintenance and upgrades.
- Support and promote the implementation of best practice and innovative initiatives.
- Able to understand IT requirements and technical details.
- Adhere to the ISO and ISMS policies.
Job Requirements
- Essential-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge in ISMS (Information Security Management System) and ISO 27001 standard is a MUST
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft solution (Azure - Office 365)
- Basic Management skills
- ITIL Foundation-Microsoft certification
