- Receive the Customer order and putting them on the system.
- Face and dealing with problems related and dealing with the planning, production and W. house departments and following up the production.
- Follow up the product storage stock and communicating with sales team to solve stock problems to keep storage percentage within limits.
- Follow up with the client after shipping in anticipation for any complaint.
- Follow up the products shipping to the customer on time and with the full quantity.
- Receive customers’ complaints and registering them on system and following them with the respective parties to their end.
- Follow Up with customers’ approval for new designs.
