About the Job
- Prepare and record assets, liabilities, owners' equity, revenues, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Perform a variety of accounting tasks. - Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure compliance with the applicable accounting principles
- Monitor the accuracy of the accounts and ensure proper allocation and completeness of accounting data.
- Control the daily cash report, sales, and bank deposit.
- Prepare checks, cash payments and transfers upon payment approval.
- Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing the requested documentation.
- Liaise with other departments for a smooth running of operation -Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain a proper filing system (soft and hard copy).
Prepare Payroll - Verify and reconcile contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
- Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
- Reviews investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
- Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned
- Make best-practices recommendations to management
- Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
- Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals

- Bachelor degree in Accounting - English.
- Good in using Microsoft Skills (Excel, Word…Etc.).
- Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, costing, taxation, and financial statements.
