Job Description

About the Job

  • Prepare and record assets, liabilities, owners' equity, revenues, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
    Perform a variety of accounting tasks.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.
  • Ensure compliance with the applicable accounting principles
  • Monitor the accuracy of the accounts and ensure proper allocation and completeness of accounting data.
  • Control the daily cash report, sales, and bank deposit.
  • Prepare checks, cash payments and transfers upon payment approval.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
  • Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing the requested documentation.
  • Liaise with other departments for a smooth running of operation -Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain a proper filing system (soft and hard copy).
    Prepare Payroll
  • Verify and reconcile contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
  • Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
  • Reviews investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
  • Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
  • Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned
  • Make best-practices recommendations to management
  • Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
  • Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting - English.
  • Good in using Microsoft Skills (Excel, Word…Etc.).
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, costing, taxation, and financial statements.
