As a Supply Chain Capability Senior Supervisor you will be mainly responsible for leading the implementation and sustainment of Field Ready Best Practice Tools, this requires the following:

  • Provide support to the Operation's Director in the development and execution of the operation capability roadmap.
  • Train the Plant Capability Managers / Receptors on Pepsi's Best Practice Tools.
  • Provide ongoing problem solving and SME support to the operations unit to sustain and continually improve performance.
  • Track, analyze and report results linked to Best Practice implementation.
  • Provide SME support and facilitate the development of local problem identification and process improvement.
  • Provide input and implementation feedback to Worldwide/Business Unit (BU) initiative owners on Best Practice Tool Design and enhancements.
  • Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the Health & Safety programs in the field.

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing and logistics experience in a managerial role within FMCG companies.
  • Has been part of or led an organization change
  • Strong coaching, analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic language.
  • Good Problem solving skills.
  • Good understanding and application of tools for continuous improvement.
