Job Description
- Ensure and maintain employees' data base continually updated.
- Apply daily attendance transactions on HR system, and prepare monthly report with payroll variables.
- Follow up & ensure the vacations plan are implemented on time, and prepare report with variance.
- Manage leave check form and guide the employee with requirements.
- Manage all hiring process of newly hired employees and ensure hiring documents compatible with company policy.
- Prepare annual vacations sheets and save it in employees’ files.
- Manage & follow up any legal requests for the employees.
- Distribute on employees the monthly salary slips.
- Follow up the Doctor’s visits.
- Manage probation period process.
- Manage End of service process and send the documents to Insurance office.
- Receive employee's inquiries and proposals, investigate complain and develop actions plans to follow up till resolving cases.
Job Requirements
- B.A in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Professional Knowledge in Human Resources Management
- Knowledge and awareness in Labor Law.
- Knowledge and awareness in Social Insurance law
