- To help us build up our business activities, achieve the company Target and Build strong relationships with Potential clients.
- He/She will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- The goal is to achieve the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs, wishes, and concerns.
- Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Track sales and status reports.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Create reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Job Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in the same position preferably in the training and consulting field.
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
- Very good English language.
- Excellent communication skill.
