About the Job

Main Tasks:-

  • Prepare Daily reports
  • Daily Distribution plan Vs Actual and reasons of delay/ not delivered.
  • Daily stocks & Production Dates/Volume vs Forecast.
  • Collect & Prepare Daily/ weekly Distribution Plan on a Daily Basis
  • Collect requests for regular customers from sales on daily basis – (till all communications with All customers are done through CS)
  • Confirm Valid orders on the system in order to dispatch as per distribution plan.
  • Make sure orders are placed in the system applying “perfect order “ requirement.
  • Follow up with the sales team to open the order if blocked.
  • Make sure that invalid sales order are cleared as directed.
  • Follow up with CS logistics for dispatch issues and collect reasons of delay/undelivered consignments.
Job Requirements


  • BA Holder.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Very good English.
