Job Description
Main Tasks:-
- Prepare Daily reports
- Daily Distribution plan Vs Actual and reasons of delay/ not delivered.
- Daily stocks & Production Dates/Volume vs Forecast.
- Collect & Prepare Daily/ weekly Distribution Plan on a Daily Basis
- Collect requests for regular customers from sales on daily basis – (till all communications with All customers are done through CS)
- Confirm Valid orders on the system in order to dispatch as per distribution plan.
- Make sure orders are placed in the system applying “perfect order “ requirement.
- Follow up with the sales team to open the order if blocked.
- Make sure that invalid sales order are cleared as directed.
- Follow up with CS logistics for dispatch issues and collect reasons of delay/undelivered consignments.
Job Requirements
Qualification:-
- BA Holder.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Communication Skills.
- Very good English.
