Job Description
- The Fleet Sales Associate is directly responsible for selling new vehicles to fleet accounts.
- The Sales Associate will work with the business community, governmental agencies and political subdivisions to fill transportation needs of every kind.
- The Sales Associate is additionally responsible for cultivating a repeat and referral program.
- Sell vehicles to Fleet customers
- Deliver vehicles to customers.
- Ensures the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
- Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction
- Follow Mansour guidelines and properly fill out all necessary paperwork required in the sale of a vehicle
- Develop and maintain an ongoing system to locate new Fleet prospects.
- Develop and maintain a follow-up system that will encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person – maintain a prospect development system
- Forecast goals at the beginning of each month
- Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis
- Introduce customers to the Service Department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the Mansour's service operations
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled
- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
