About the Job
  • The operation manager is responsible for achieving the target and delegating tasks and set deadlines for the employees.
  • Handling peak reached cases of clients in order to attain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that the branches are stocked with the necessary supplies and all equipment is working properly and maintained
  • Sustaining and providing coaching and training to staff members and new employees.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff member.
  • Supervising the work cycle is being run accurately.
