About the Job
  • Build long-term relationships and actively develop the business with existing client portfolio.
  • Engage with business leads and close deals successfully.
  • Handle day-to-day queries of clients, within a specified time frame and with high quality, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Align with the different teams to meet clients’ expectations.
  • Being committed to attending the company’s events and conferences.
  • Work closely with management in setting annual and long-term objectives and plans.
  • Train and coach direct reports to build a strong base of successors to accommodate the expansion plans of the company.
Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in working with clients in a client servicing or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (i.e.: Excel, PowerPoint, Word...etc)
