Tasks & Responsibilities

• Responsible to set the production plan of the Factory each Month, for 12 Rolling Months.
• Responsible for Customer service with regards to Product supply.
• Lead the execution and Production activity of the Plant to guarantee the right level of Service to clients.
• Define with the Market Supply Logistics and Brand Supply Chain Teams the parameters of production and product supply across the Factory and the End to End Supply Chain.
• Determine production priorities according to new launches and availability of resource
• Guarantee the flexibility and the reliability of the plant on its catalogue.
• Set the Overall planning strategy for the Catalogue classification
• Ensure that launches or catalogue priorities have been taken into account in the production plan with the Launch Manager
• Ensure the RM/PM Planning Strategy and Execution is aligned with Production plan. Develop Risk mitigation plans with Supply Planning Manager.
• Act as an Integrator between all departments to ensure bringing teams together for a common goal.
• Monitor the Factory Production/Shipping performance in accordance to the Financial Budget
• Support the Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager in the establishment of the budget and of the 3 years plan
• Report Month End Plant Figures of Production , Service to all stake holders
