Job Description
- Participate in setting organization's strategy.
- Participate in setting sales strategy and target.
- Plan organization's structure and update it based on organization's strategy.
- Follow up on sales targets and reports.
- Coach and guide the subordinates to improve productivity.
- Train sales directors and follow up on sales strategies implementation.
- Determine the needs analysis for his subordinates.
- Approve sales and customers' invoices after reviewing customers' history.
- Prepare the annual appraisal and KPIs for his subordinates.
- Participate in the manpower planning and the recruitment needs for the sales department.
- Dealing with Key Account when needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of experience.
- Experience in FMCG is a must.
- Experience in retail and key account.
- Work experience all over Egypt.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel.
- High Strategic Thinking ability.
- Performance Management.
