Job Description
- Apply all legal and governmental regulations and safety procedures
- Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment
- Responsible for database records and Vehicles legal documents
- Research and suggest cost .
- Monitor and report costs
- Develop and implement Policies and procedures aligned with governmental regulations to insure that all safety procedures and standards are achieved.
- Responsible of staying current with various regulations including employee safety , maintenance , repair and replacement of vehicles
- Manage the drivers and assess their performance
- Monitor the vehicle movements and work orders in the company
- Coordinate the equipment and vehicles movements between the sales locations
- Follow up the vehicles and equipment maintenance schedule in coordination with the sales manager
- Responsible for handling all invoices with the Accounting department
Job Requirements
- ICDL , Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Mechanical spare parts
- Knowledge of Legal issues, Government regulations, Safety procedures.
- Problem solving skills
