We are looking for an ambitious HR Business Partner for our Egypt and Levant Operations to become the People trusted advisor. Your main ask is to build the team’s capacity for the commercial delivery of world-class Healthcare products and services.

What you will do:
- Create and develop best-in-class employee experiences
- Coach senior managers to build leadership capabilities as the advisor
- Work hand to hand with Central People team and partner with executive managers and co BPs to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement.
- Formulate effective hiring strategy.
- Carry change management and help employees to accept the change.
- Be an ambassador of the HR scene in the middle east.
Job Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology from the top university
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources as a generalist
