Job Description

  • Process and handle all inquiries by phone, fax and email in relevance to the position’s tasks and requirements.
  • Revise and follow up the undelivered invoices (those products are still in store).
  • Handle all queries of customer and Sales Manager.
  • To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
  • Issue letter of conformity whenever needed.
  • Provide technical information if needed and as per the Sales Manager's instructions.
  • Prepare accurate Quotations, Tenders and offers, whenever required.
  • Ensure an efficient tracking system of all department’s paper-work.
  • Follow up of customers’ plat form.
  • Develop and Update clients’ and agents’ database to allow effective promotions.
  • Update by reprinting customers updated (whenever) details files with Sales Manager to make sure that each sales engineer has got all accurate data related to his customer.
  • Monitoring of promotions planned by the marketing department through the performance of sales engineers.

Job Requirements

  • Bsc. of business administration or any equivalent to it.
  • 1-3 years of working experience (Preferable in a similar field).
  • Very good command of both English and Arabic
  • High and strong communication skills
  • High attention to details
  • Strong Negotiation skills
