Job Description
- Process and handle all inquiries by phone, fax and email in relevance to the position’s tasks and requirements.
- Revise and follow up the undelivered invoices (those products are still in store).
- Handle all queries of customer and Sales Manager.
- To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
- Issue letter of conformity whenever needed.
- Provide technical information if needed and as per the Sales Manager's instructions.
- Prepare accurate Quotations, Tenders and offers, whenever required.
- Ensure an efficient tracking system of all department’s paper-work.
- Follow up of customers’ plat form.
- Develop and Update clients’ and agents’ database to allow effective promotions.
- Update by reprinting customers updated (whenever) details files with Sales Manager to make sure that each sales engineer has got all accurate data related to his customer.
- Monitoring of promotions planned by the marketing department through the performance of sales engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bsc. of business administration or any equivalent to it.
- 1-3 years of working experience (Preferable in a similar field).
- Very good command of both English and Arabic
- High and strong communication skills
- High attention to details
- Strong Negotiation skills
