Job Description

  • Plan and control team activities
  • Achieve customer satisfaction, budget and quality targets
  • Analyze team performance to identify gaps and put action plans for improvement
  • Supervise customer relationship management activities to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely availability and accessibility to manage client’s requests
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports
  • Set team shifts and schedules
  • Coach, train and motivate team members to reach optimum performance
  • Build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers
  • Handle client’s requests and complains as needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Previous record of handling team leadership role
  • Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and motivation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Passion for learning and development
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Location Mohandsein (Cairo residents only)
