Job Description
- Plan and control team activities
- Achieve customer satisfaction, budget and quality targets
- Analyze team performance to identify gaps and put action plans for improvement
- Supervise customer relationship management activities to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely availability and accessibility to manage client’s requests
- Prepare and analyze performance reports
- Set team shifts and schedules
- Coach, train and motivate team members to reach optimum performance
- Build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers
- Handle client’s requests and complains as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Previous record of handling team leadership role
- Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and motivation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Passion for learning and development
- Flexibility with working hours
