Job Description

  • Handle emails and filing for the companies
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Managing Office work
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Liaising with management on weekly output of sales efforts
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Handle simple HR tasks

Working hours: From 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Requirements

  • Very good command of English
  • Bachelor's degree Alsun, or English literature
  • Computer skills
  • Candidates should not be currently working
