Job Description
You are responsible to act as a technical expert with the task of working closely with sales team to ensure that the products being offered can be tailored to meet the customer's requirements and provide technical solutions to new and existing customers.
1-Provide technical assistance
- Identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to offering a solution.
2-Discover customer needs
- Conduct customer needs surveys.
- Interview technical customer counterparts.
- Technically document customer needs.
3-Design solutions
- Craftily design and present IT solutions that fit customer's needs.
4-Proposal creation
- Write technical and financial proposals.
Job Requirements
Academic or trade qualifications
- Academic degree in computer science (BSc) or relevant fields is a plus.
Work experience and skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, Presentation and Coordination skills.
- A wide knowledge of information technology solutions.
- Good analytical skills.
- Time-bound and attention to detail.
