A Teacher should aim to inspire and facilitate the best possible teaching and learning in his / her subject.He/ she should aim to generate an enthusiasm for the subject among students and to promote the subject within the school.

• To take a full part in the implementation of School Policy and in the whole life of the school
• To maintain and promote the good reputation of the school through your behavior in and out of school
• To oversee the teaching training & professional development of departmental staff through a process of preparation of schemes of work, appraisal, guidance, delegation & consultation.
