Job Description

  • Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability of the business by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings. This includes utilizing discounts as a tool to close deals.
  • Writing sales orders, securing deposits and processing paperwork in accordance with established business policies.
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Responsible for visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Present compelling presentations and close business.
  • Build mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant field and degree.
  • Not less than 1 year of experience in the training service field.
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with or without a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions
  • Understanding of market and the presented Service.
