Job Description
- Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability of the business by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings. This includes utilizing discounts as a tool to close deals.
- Writing sales orders, securing deposits and processing paperwork in accordance with established business policies.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Responsible for visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Present compelling presentations and close business.
- Build mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant field and degree.
- Not less than 1 year of experience in the training service field.
- Highly motivated and target is driven with or without a proven track record in sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions
- Understanding of market and the presented Service.
