Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Determine all the appropriate media channels for the company’s target segments.
  • Negotiate with media providers to get the optimal pricing and terms.
  • Determine, study and analyze the different target segments, along with the different needs and requirements of each segment.
  • Uncover challenges faced by prospects and utilize solutions to overcome these challenges to generate as much leads as possible.
  • Benchmark on competition internally and externally, including but not limited to, products, prices, advertising, offerings, etc.
  • Articulate possible market gaps/ voids locally and globally that can be tackled, seized and fulfilled.
  • Determine and design the marketing message required for each channel and each segment.
  • Communicate and work with external ad designers to get the design on time with the required concept and quality.
  • Responsible for running and executing lead generation campaigns.
  • Track and record the outcome of each campaign, along with the return on investment from each campaign.
  • Determine strong irresistible offers that can be provided to prospects to generate leads.
  • Set and execute a plan for preparing all lead generation giveaways.
  • Search and get all databases of potential prospects across the company’s targeted segments.
  • Test and optimise all marketing messages and systems developed, to maximise the ROE of each campaign and system.
  • Compile a database of all potential JV partners.
  • Communicate with potential JV partners.
  • Initiate contact and present to potential partners the deal structure and the benefits they can reap from striking the deal.
  • Keep following with potential partners.
  • Execute the deal and follow up on the deal outcome on regular basis.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in digital marketing is an added value
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable University.
  • From 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing or administration fields.
  • Good selling and persuasion skills.
  • Time Management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Research skills.
  • Excellent user of Excel.
  • Excellent English is a must.
