- Prepare estimates based on assumptions and previous experience and by applying estimation techniques.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of project and report regularly to senior management.
- Anticipate the problems in advance and take preventive actions.
- Motivating team and building up the team spirit and improve the group co-operation.
- Preparing and executing Project plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science or computer engineering
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in high-tech development environment with multi-functional teams
- Strong knowledge in Agile methodologies.
- AI and machine learning knowledge is preferable
- Working knowledge of the healthcare or travel domains is a plus
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
- Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QC
- Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
- Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
- Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
- Proficiency with related project management software tools
- PMP certification is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
