Job Description
The Job Roles: E-commerce/ Logistics/ Customer Service/Support
We're hiring an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative who will be a key contributor to growing our business and will work very closely with our warehouse, sales, and product management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain/manage our social media and web accounts
- Data analysis
- Follow-up and coordinate with local and international online sales partners
- Assist in the processing of online local and global purchases quickly while providing superior service to customers.
- Field calls and E-mails of customer inquiries.
- Assist with returns as needed.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of all incoming/outgoing packages.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge.
- Demonstrate knowledge of computer components to assist customers with technical questions as needed
- Responsibilities may change/increase/be modified as the work requirements evolve
Job Requirements
- Hands on experience on Internet/E-commerce field
- At least 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in written and verbal English is a must
- Other foreign languages are appreciated
- Self-motivated and goals oriented
- Team player
