Job Description
- DevOps Engineer will be part of the support team and will be responsible for the technology R&D, Implementation, Tuning, Automation and Integrations.
- The candidate will be responsible for the management of the internal SW infrastructure and the deployments at the customers' data centers as well as the management of Penta-b future cloud.
- The candidate will be responsible for investigating new technologies, integrations between the underlying platforms, backups, recovery, automation, installations, tuning and will be also responsible for the technology architecture in bidding process.
Job Requirements
The candidate shall have 1-3 years of experience and must have:
- Experience in Linux administration
- Experience in Dockers
- Good knowledge of Kafka
- Knowledge of BIG Data engines, Real-time processing Engines
- Preferred to have knowledge in GIS
- Experience in database administration
- Experience in PostgreSQL
- Good knowledge of networking
- Python / Java scripting
- Team player
- Excellent R&D Skills
- Working under pressure
- Multi-tasking
- Perfect command of English
