- Handling software and hardware troubleshooting and solving network problems.
- Microsoft Outlook Expert.
- Support to end-users via remote connection or over the Internet.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Installing and configuring computer systems & Application.
- Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues.
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
- Providing employees Support via Telephone or visit in Emergency Cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
