Job Description

  • Handling software and hardware troubleshooting and solving network problems.
  • Microsoft Outlook Expert.
  • Support to end-users via remote connection or over the Internet.
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Installing and configuring computer systems & Application.
  • Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues.
  • Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
  • Providing employees Support via Telephone or visit in Emergency Cases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  • Very good command of English
