Job Description

  • Providing technical support and solving other computer problems at Sheraton & Mostord Branches.
  • Follow-up with telecom company in case of problems with the company's internal network or internet
  • Follow-up the state of inks of the printers and ensure the backup of the inks
  • Work location Sheraton office and the visit of the Mostord branch if needed.
  • Follow-up with human resources department in case of new staff and their needs.
  • Receiving the usual devices and telephone lines in case of employees discharge.
  • Informing the head office about any problems in the operating programs.
  • Follow-up the purchases for the computers (mouse-key board .... etc

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • From 1 to 2 years experience in supporting of information systems.
  • Have an MCSE certificate
  • CCNA certification is a plus
