Job Description:
- Provide technical support to the sales engineering team in open cases.
- Analyze and study the measuring data for each case
- Investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems.
- Prepare Technical and financial studies
- Propose the most reliable effective solution fit with the case
- Preparing all the technical and general financial proposals.
- Contact Suppliers
- Reply Local/Foreign Purchasing department with full technical/financial order info, when needed.
- Providing general training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
- Preparing presentation for the solutions and all technical aspects performing presentations on sites
- Working on pre-sales and after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required
- Communicating with other members of the technical & sales team and other technical experts
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Females only.
- Education - BSc. in Electrical Power Engineering.
- Experience - Minimum 2-3 years as a design engineer, preferably within panel designing
- Auto-CAD & basic 2D drawing knowledge and experience essential
- Knowledge of filling the tenders and preparing of tender documents, technical and financial offer
- Strong technical Skills
- Great Analytical and problem solving Skills
- English is a must
