Job Description
- Planning the selling activity and includes participation in the development of goals and the formulation of policies selling within the company, such as policies for products and policies for prices and distribution and promotion and communication with the target markets.
- Organization of sales activities, which include organizing sales efforts through the development of an effective and efficient organizational structure because sales men are the link between the company and its customers.
- Execution of sales activities identified in the sales activities
- Coordination of sales activities with other departments such as marketing, procurement, warehousing, production and finance
