Job Description
- Providing legal guidance and counsel on all matters
- Providing complete support in identifying, assessing and giving reasonable solutions against legal risk involved in the different commercial transactions and various business agreements related to the operation.
- Drafting and reviewing all memorandums of incorporation & articles of associations
- Drafting and reviewing wide various legal agreements related to the Group’s activities.
- Responsible of handling, negotiating and reviewing all FEED & TARRIF agreements and related documents.
Job Requirements
- B.A Law (preferably English Section)
- Min 10 years experience in the same field
- Previous experience in financial firms/financial cases is appreciated
- Excellent English is a must
