Job Description
- Prepare a weekly plan of activities for the coming week to be submitted to management for approval and/or fine tuning
- Performs sales calls to the client according to the weekly plan agreed with management with no deviation or in the unlikely event of deviation with a valid justification
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results in reports through CRM
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
- Services existing resellers, obtain orders and establishes new resellers through the weekly plan to call on existing clients to ensure their loyalty
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing set sales targets
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
- University degree
- 2-3 years previous experience in sales with a proven record of success in online travel business platforms.
- Excellent Computer skills (word, excel, online booking systems)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent time management skills and ability to set priorities and work autonomously
- Dynamic and outgoing personality with a presentable demeanor
