Job Description
- Set the schedules and the plans for the project.
- Prepare the cash flow of each activity
- Review and negotiate the subcontractor's contracts.
- Report the project's updated monthly.
- Define the critical path of the project
- Co-ordinate with different departments " procurement - contracts - Quality" and raise the required reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate
