Job Description

  • Schedule, setup and coordinate meetings, conferences and prepare reference material.
  • Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas.
  • Types various documents and verifies records and documents.
  • Maintain hard/soft copy filing system.
  • Manage day to day operations of the office.
  • Book flight tickets and hotels reservations.
  • Coordinates office management activities.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in administration or any related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the similar role.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Professional use of computer MS office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
  • MUST have a car.
