About the Job
- Responsible to lead and supervise the sales team, to achieve the assigned branch sales targets and to increase the market share with regards to the assigned product portfolio in Jeddah region.
- The candidate need to be capable of managing an independent business and therefore should have both sales and marketing experience.
- Implement the sales and marketing strategy in Jeddah region.
- Ensure achievement of Jeddah Sales targets.
- Increase market share and correct product positioning.
- Planning, directing, supervising and controlling the activities of the branch team.
- A proper prospective system in order to ensure that all customer contacts are followed up and converted into effective sales.
- Responsible to ensure high morale and motivation of his sales team.
- Works closely with the branch team to communicate plans and monitor implementation.
