Job Description
- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and develop targeted consumer's needs.
- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to.
- Monitoring & Analyzing competitor Activities through Marketing Intelligence.
- Analyzing Market Trends through conducting market Research.
- Managing the entire products life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to achieve budgeted sales, Profit and market share.
- Developing and implementing a product Marketing plan.
- Forecasting the annual sales target of the product.
- Follow up on implementation of marketing plan of product.
- Managing the advertising and promotional plans.
- Develop, implement, update and conduct Product knowledge training to sales force team.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Coach the sales team and get the best out of everyone.
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the same position "Brand Manager" and CNS field .
- Pharmacy, Vet or science Graduates, .
- Creative & analytical thinking.
- Solid knowledge of Marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- MS office experience; Excel, PowerPoint & PPT
- Certificate in Marketing MBA holder is preferable
