The Administrative Officer is an operation professional working to ensure on the process of the document handling. this position reports reports to the Claims Management Manager.

The primary task of an administrative assistant is to perform any administrative tasks as needed, This can include:

  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports documents, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • composing office memos as required
  • Executing the document control process for all the department projects.
  • Maintain and follow up on the documents.
