Job Description
Tripathon international tourism company is looking for Tourism Advisors in Cairo, Egypt, with excellent English and Arabic, with personal laptop and good connection (43 hours per week).
Job Responsibilities:
- Get familiarized with Tripathon booking system, and help agencies with technical use of system
- Prepare offers & quotations, give advice and share knowledge/expertise about hotels, services, destinations
- Reply to e-mails and take phone calls to serve the requests of different agencies
- Negotiate, compare, fish for best possible deals
- Coordinate issues with other departments in company
Day-Shift & Night-Shift
Job Requirements
- University degree
- Excellent knowledge of English & Arabic
- Work experience in travel industry will be a plus
- Detail-oriented & flexible
- Experience working with Windows, MS Office, Internet/Web etc.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Successful at cooperating and coordinating with multiple teams and individuals
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
