Job Summary:
To ensure a proper understanding of the clients’ requirements so as to properly tailor technical solutions
meeting their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Closely work with Sales Section Head in designing HP, Cisco ”Servers, Converged/Hyper converged Infrastructure and Storage” technical solutions meeting clients’ needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop clients’ presentations.
- Conduct continuous research on new technologies and solutions to keep abreast knowledge of the latest trends in the company field of work.
- Develop and conduct presentations and proof of concept demonstrations for potential customers in coordination with the sales account management team.
- Conduct gap analysis for the clients’ requirements so as to ensure a proper understanding of their actual needs.
- Translate clients’ needs and requirements into customized solutions and collaborative efforts and specialties – either hardware or software – to come up with one whole integrated solution.
- Develop competitive technical offers and proposals with a well-defined scope of work to potential customers.
- Closely work with a Team Leader to report work progress and consult her/ him on technical issues.
- Conduct detailed surveys on the customer’s site to identify requirements.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Min 2 Years’ Experience in similar position.
- HP, Cisco, NetApp Related Technical Certification is preferred.
- HP Sales Builder “OCA”, Cisco Configuration Tools fair Knowledge.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Eager for development.
