Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct and track project and organization quality reviews.
- Make sure that the software adheres to standard including software architecture, software design, reviewing code, configuration management, change management, process, etc.
- Handle communication with relevant personnel to assess quality level.
- Coach the project team in the process.
- Create/update QA audit checklists.
- Suggest any possible improvements, corrective and preventive actions which would improve and enforce the performance of the QA department within the company.
Job Requirements
Knowledge
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Knowledge of CMMI is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus
Skills
- Preparing QA checklists
- Reporting and tracking non compliances
- Searching / investigation skills.
- Ability to switch between different projects and activities
- Demonstrated ability to work with accepted quality even under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to concentrate and pay close attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, and superiors.
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor of Computer Science or any other relevant discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
